Year One – Full Speed Ahead

The very first East Bay Dirt Classic is on its way! Clear your calendar for August 18th, register online, and get ready for an epic dirt ride. The full course is an ass-kicking 45 miles long, with over 5,500 feet of elevation. Recover at the end with beer and a BBQ lunch, and enter our raffle to raise money for the Alameda County Community Food Bank and win some great prizes.

Full Route / Short Route + T-Shirts!

After some hard core testing, we’ve decided to split the event into two courses: the Full Route and the Short Route. The Short Route will be 25 miles, 3000 feet of climbing, and will start at 10:00am. The Full Route will be 45+ miles, 5,500 feet of climbing, start one hour earlier at 9:00am, and be hard as hell!

Also, anybody who pre-registers on the web site will get a sweet T-Shirt at the event! Woo!

Adrian and Chad did a trial run of the trail for this year. Check out the first half and the second half on their Strava pages, or watch the Relive videos below. We’ll have a full RideWithGPS route sheet up as soon as everything is set in stone.

*UPDATE* – we’ve split the event up into the full route and the short route. The routes below make up the tentative Full Route.
