Less than 2 months….

The date is set for the 2025 East Bay Dirt Classic – Saturday, October 11th. The course remains the same from last year and can be found here. It is a hair under 21 miles and a hair over 3,000 feet of climbing on mostly rolling fire roads with some single track.

In prior years, most participants have ridden the course on a hardtail or light full suspension mountain bike or a gravel bike.

Registration will be entirely online this year and is capped at 130 competitors. We have sold out the last few years, so please register early. There will be three waves of riders, with the first wave for the fastest cyclists going off at 9:00 am and each successive wave going off in 15 minute intervals.

All registered riders are invited to attend the post-event barbecue and pool party. There will be incredible prizes from our generous sponsors given out to our top 3 female and male competitors and our KOM and QOM winners (segment to be released in a later post). As always, the top male and female finishers will receive custom East Bay Dirt Classic belt buckles. There will be additional prizes awarded through a raffle which helps raise additional money for the Alameda County Community Food Bank.

Ultimately, this event is about raising desperately needed funds and awareness about our friends at the Alameda County Community Food Bank and the Alameda County residents who rely on their services. In total this event has helped to raise over half a million dollars for the ACCFB in the last several years.

More updates to follow.

Looking forward to seeing you all on October 11th!
